These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 33bwn platform and all its services. When you create an account on 33bwn, log in to the platform, or use any of its services, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

3.1 Deposit Rules

• Deposited funds must be sent from a payment account registered in the user's own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal requests will be sent only to the payment method from which the most recent deposit was made.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Moving up to a higher tier depends entirely on the user's activity on the platform. VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable.

33bwn is committed to maintaining a fair and safe environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating an account with false or fake information.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Attempting to gain an advantage through any form of fraud, manipulation, or dishonest means.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Harassing or showing disrespectful behaviour toward other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.

In the event of any of the prohibited activities above, 33bwn reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit the associated balance.

5.1 Fair Play

All games on the 33bwn platform are operated by a fair and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG). Each game outcome is entirely independent and not influenced by any previous result. Users may report any suspected irregularity to the support team.

6.1 Copyright

All content on the 33bwn platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other elements — is the intellectual property of 33bwn. Reproducing, distributing, or using these materials commercially without permission is prohibited.

6.2 Personal Data Protection

8.1 Service Interruptions

If a service is interrupted due to a technical issue, 33bwn will attempt to provide a reasonable resolution for the affected transaction or bet. However, each incident will be assessed individually and any resolution is entirely at 33bwn's discretion.

9.1 Closure by the User

33bwn may suspend or permanently close an account in the following situations:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

11.1 Language

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and the Bengali interpretation shall take precedence. Even if a translation in another language exists, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

11.2 Severability

If any clause of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain fully in effect.

11.3 Assignment

The user may not transfer their account, rights, or responsibilities to any third party. 33bwn may transfer its rights and responsibilities if needed.

11.4 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, together with the related policies (Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, etc.), constitute the entire agreement between 33bwn and the user. No verbal discussions or prior written communications shall be considered a substitute for these terms and conditions.
